This is one of my favorite desserts and is very easy and quick to make, Limeade Pie:
- 1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 6 oz. can frozen limeade or lemonade juice (can use 1/2 of 12 oz. can)
- 1 pint Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker crust pie tin
Mix milk, juice, and Cool Whip together. Mix in food coloring as desired. Pour ingredients into graham cracker crust pie tin. Place in freezer to chill overnight.
Serves 6-8 people
